I left Vivica’s house early this morning en route to work. I felt a little bad about hitting her last night, but every woman deserved a smack every now and then. Every since those damn feminists came out roaring about all that damn equal rights and independence crap, American women have lost their damn minds. I told myself that if things didn’t work out with Vivica, I was going to get me a foreign woman from another country. Most of the time they didn’t want much, as long as I could expose them to the American life and send a couple of dollars to their family back home, I didn’t have to worry about them running their mouths. Vivica had been cool at first, but she was starting to get on my damn nerves now. I hadn’t realized how materialistic she was, always wanting to spend my money when she had her own. I was even more irritated that her ass smoked all the damn time. Sometimes I would kiss her and she would taste just like an ashtray. I was really starting to rethink my future with her. I guess there was a reason why her ass was single.

When I arrived at work, Brenda had reminded me that I had a client coming in for a free consultation. The client was trying to get breast implants. I was just hoping she wasn’t one of those women who has size AA breast and all of a sudden wanted to have a bust line of 36 double J’s. I really didn’t need that today. I pulled out the fax that my lawyer had sent me. It was clear from the large URGENT headline that Robin wasn’t going to change her mind. If I didn’t abide by her wishes, her lawyer and she were going to take my ass to court and I knew that there was a probability that I would be paying a lot more. It wasn’t that I really cared about paying out the five thousand a month, after all she had my son, but I hated that she would dare go against me. For all the years I knew Robin, she never disrespected me. Never. I made sure of that by smacking her up a few times. I wasn’t use to this new attitude she had now, but one thing was for sure, no one intimidated Brian Mitchell. I didn’t become the best in my field by negotiating. I took charge. I was always in control and I wasn’t about to back down now. Maybe I needed to schedule a visit to see my darling wife. I knew just how to bring that confidence down.
